Because the facilitator must remain neutral, I do not think the facilitator needs to know all the details of a case. I
think good, basic information about the case is all the facilitator needs in order to direct the FTM. If the facilitator knows
all the details of a case, in my opinion, there is no way the facilitator would remain neutral.
